The set-up fee and subscription is due upon onboarding.

The transaction fee will be applicable on both vendor and expert payments. Fee would be charged every time you transact and would be in addition to any applicable payment processing charges.

All the experts in the Glovendor ecosystem have their own hourly rates or project pricing.

Direct to manufacturer prices would not be applicable if your vendor is a distributor. Subscription auto-renews on a monthly or yearly basis based on the chosen contract length.

Subscription can be paused or canceled by providing a 30 days notice and charges will not be applied on the billing cycle after 30 days.

Subscription cannot be paused or canceled during an active project or order.

You must be subscribed when placing orders with any experts or vendors and all communication and payments must be through Glovendor approved channels.

If you wish to unsubscribe and form a direct relationship with Glovendor’s manufacturing partners and experts, you can do so after paying an exit fee that is calculated based on the dynamics of your supply chain and timing of your exit request.

If your yearly transaction volume is more than $500k, you would be enrolled in Glovendor’s enterprise plan which has custom pricing.
